Question 1

What is TCG Stock?

Accepted Answer

TCG Stock is a stock tracking service for Pokémon TCG products in the UK. We monitor 50+ UK retailers and growing, including Magic Madhouse, Total Cards, Zatu, and Gecko Cards. Stock alerts are delivered in our Discord so you can buy at retail price.

Question 2

How do Pokémon TCG stock alerts work?

Accepted Answer

Stock alerts are delivered in our Discord, and that is the only place they go. VIP Stock Alerts is the automated feed: our Poké Bot scans 50+ UK retailers (and growing) and posts every restock it detects to the private #vip-stock-alerts channel, automatically. Free members can see the public #stock-alerts channel, where a moderator occasionally posts a restock they spot.

Question 3

Which UK retailers does TCG Stock monitor?

Accepted Answer

We monitor 50+ UK retailers, and growing, including Magic Madhouse, Total Cards, Zatu, Gecko Cards, Goblin Gaming, Titan Cards, and The Game Collection. Coverage expands regularly as new retailers are added.

Question 4

Is TCG Stock free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The stock tracker, release calendar, and expansion catalogues are free for anyone with a TCG Network account, and you can see the public #stock-alerts channel in our Discord. The automated restock feed, VIP Stock Alerts, is our optional £4.99/month membership; see below.

Question 5

What does VIP get me?

Accepted Answer

VIP is our optional £4.99/month membership. The headline perk is VIP Stock Alerts: our Poké Bot posts every restock it detects across 50+ UK retailers, and growing, to the private #vip-stock-alerts channel, automatically. You also get monthly giveaway entry, TCG Exchange trader matching and eligible featured placement, and a VIP Discord role with a holographic badge and access to our exclusive stock and chat channels. Cancel anytime.

Question 6

Can I cancel my VIP membership at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Manage or cancel your VIP membership from your account page (/account → Manage subscription). There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods. Your VIP perks remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Question 7

How do I set up stock alerts and link Discord?

Accepted Answer

Create a free account and connect Discord from your account page. Linking gives you access to the Poké Tracker Discord server: free members can see the public #stock-alerts channel, and VIP members get the automated VIP Stock Alerts feed (#vip-stock-alerts). You can browse products and upcoming releases anytime through the tracker and expansion pages.

Question 8

What types of products does TCG Stock track?

Accepted Answer

We track all Pokémon TCG products available from UK retailers, including Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Bundles, Booster Packs, tins, collection boxes, and special sets. If a UK retailer sells it, we’re likely monitoring it.

Question 9

Does TCG Stock sell Pokémon cards?

Accepted Answer

No. TCG Stock is a stock tracking and alert service only. We monitor retailer websites and notify you when products are available, but all purchases are made directly from the retailers themselves.

Question 10

Is TCG Stock affiliated with The Pokémon Company?

Accepted Answer

No. TCG Stock is an independent fan-made service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. All Pokémon trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Question 11

How do I contact the TCG Stock team?

Accepted Answer

You can reach us at contact@tcgnetwork.co.uk for general enquiries, or join the Discord community for the fastest response. Visit the Contact page for all available contact methods.

Question 12

Can I use TCG Stock on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The TCG Stock website works on any device with a web browser. For restock alerts on the go, connect Discord and turn on notifications for the Poké Tracker server. They’ll ping your phone directly, so you don’t need to keep the site open to hear about restocks.

Question 13

What is the Poké Tracker Discord community?

Accepted Answer

The Discord server is where UK Pokémon TCG collectors share tips, discuss new sets, and help each other find stock. There are channels for general chat, set-specific discussion, and local stock sightings, plus the public #stock-alerts channel. VIP members get the automated #vip-stock-alerts feed.

Question 14

How do giveaways work?

Accepted Answer

Each month we give away Pokémon products. There’s always a free entry route open to everyone: a free postal entry, no purchase necessary. Active VIP members are auto-entered as a convenience of their subscription, but free and VIP entries have exactly the same chance of winning. Winners are drawn at the end of the month and contacted directly. Full details: https://tcgnetwork.co.uk/giveaway-terms.

Question 15

Do you earn money from affiliate links?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Some links on TCG Stock (notably to Amazon UK) include affiliate tags. If you click through and buy, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps cover the cost of running the site.

Question 16

How fast are TCG Stock alerts?

Accepted Answer

Alerts are posted to our Discord as our system detects a restock. Real-world timing also depends on each retailer. Some update their stock status promptly, others take a minute or two to refresh, so the exact lead time varies. We monitor every retailer continuously to keep the gap between stock returning and you hearing about it as short as we practically can.
