£119.99 buys the Ultra Premium Collection built around the card this set exists to sell. Mega Charizard X ex is the central Pokémon of Phantasmal Flames, and a Charizard at the top of a set's rarity ladder is the most reliable driver of sealed demand in the hobby. Ultra Premium Collections pair a large pack allocation with an oversize card and promo material, though the pack count differs between sets, so check the retailer listing rather than carrying over a figure from another UPC. The set is small: 94 cards in the main run and 130 in total, which shortens the odds on any given chase considerably. Against that, this is the premium end of the range and the format most heavily marked up when a Charizard set is moving. Price it against the promo as a single plus a booster box before committing.
