About this product
Eight packs, the Sword & Shield era count rather than the nine later boxes hold, with 65 card sleeves, basic Energy cards and dice. Lost Origin is the set that brought the Lost Zone back, a mechanic worth understanding because it is unlike the discard pile: cards sent to the Lost Zone cannot be recovered at all, which made for a genuinely different style of deck and gave the set a long competitive tail that most Sword & Shield expansions never had. Origin Forme Giratina VSTAR is the card the set is built around and remains the reason people buy sealed Lost Origin, with Radiant Gardevoir and the Hisuian Goodra and Zoroark VSTAR cards behind it. Main set 196 cards, 247 in total. Released 9 September 2022. Sword & Shield ETBs have become specialist-shop stock, so expect to pay above the original RRP.
