The plain 30th Celebration Tin at £21.99 sits alongside the two named ex tins at the same price without carrying either of their promo cards, so compare it against the ex versions carefully before choosing. Tins are the format most likely to be restocked through general retail rather than allocated, which makes this one of the easier anniversary products to find at RRP once the launch rush has passed. The packs follow the set's pattern: six cards each, every card foil, one of the thirty Pikachu variants guaranteed in each, and a chance at the new Futuristic rare rarity the set introduced. Anyone who cares mainly about opening should weigh this against the booster bundle. Anyone who wants a tin to keep sleeved cards in is buying something the cardboard products cannot offer, and this is the cheapest full-size tin in the range.
